About Jolly Ann Marine & Outdoor

Jolly Ann Marine is owned and operated by Ben Garver.  Jolly Ann Marine was established in 2001 and has earned a very solid reputation in the outdoor industry.  We love the outdoors as much as you do and we love to help you get the products you and your family need to make your outdoor experience more enjoyable.  Jolly Ann Marine caters to consumers who are comfortable with email communication and comfortable purchasing products online.  We offer discounted prices that are only available on our website and only by ordering online.  Many of our discounted prices can only be seen by adding an item to the shopping cart because they are priced lower than manufacturer advertised price policy.  We are allowed to sell these items at a discounted price, but we can not advertise those low prices.  Therefore, the only way to view these discounted prices is in our shopping cart.  There is never any obligation to purchase and we do not ask for any information until you are ready to purchase.  Simply add the item to your cart to view the price, and you choose whether or not you wish to purchase that item.  There is no catch, and each product is fully covered by the manufacturer warranty.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at jollyannmarine@gmail.com .  We appreciate your continued support!

The best method to contact us is via email at jollyannmarine@gmail.com .  Email is checked daily and is our preferred method of contact.  We try very hard to get to your email promptly, but there may be times that we are briefly delayed.  We promise to do our best to get to you as soon as possible.

Ordering
Information

To order online:  

You may use the Paypal shopping cart by clicking the Add to Cart button next to any product, price, or description.  When you are ready to pay with credit card or echeck via Paypal, click any View Cart button and proceed to check out.  Follow the directions to complete your transaction.  If you encounter any problems during the transaction, please contact us.

To order by mail:  You may also use the Mail Order Form provided.  You can mail in your order with your payment.  Email us at jollyannmarine@gmail.comif you have any questions about ordering.  We will be happy to help you.

Payment Information

We accept personal checks, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.  For personal checks, please allow a few extra days as we ship when check clears. 

We utilize a secure server for credit card orders.  Your credit card purchase is safe with us.  We will not use your information for anything other than to deliver your products in an ethical manner.  We do not share your account information or email with anyone.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping!  In stock items will usually ship out the on the day of purchase or the next business day.  The free shipping policy applies to the Continental USA.  Others may email for shipping rates.

We ship via UPS or Fed Ex, fully insured, with tracking number provided.  Express shipping is available on most items.  If choosing express shipping, we strongly suggest emailing jollyannmarine@gmail.com  to ensure the item is in stock and that express shipping is available for the selected item.  However, if you don't email us, we will notify you of any delays.  We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Damage

You must inspect your package upon delivery.  If you suspect the product was damaged during shipping you need to notify the driver or notify the shipping company if the driver has left your location.  After you have notified the shipping company you should contact us at jollyannmarine@gmail.com  and we will make arrangements to remedy the damage.  Damage claims must be made immediately.  Late claims will be denied.

Minimum Advertised Price
Policy (MAP)

Some manufacturers require authorized dealers to advertise prices of some products according to their Minimum Advertised Price policy.  In order to comply with policy, we can not display many of our low sale prices.  However, you can see these low prices when you add the items to your cart.  Simply click on "add to cart" and you will see the low sale prices.  If you decide not to buy, simply remove the item from your cart.  Your credit card is NOT required to see prices.  If you have any questions about this policy, or you would prefer to get a price quote on any product, please email us.

Tax Information

We are required to charge 7.0% sales tax for any purchases shipped to an Nebraska address.  For customers outside the state of Nebraska, there is No Sales Tax.

Warranty Information

Products are under manufacturer warranty.  If  you happen to receive a product that is defective, or your product is damaged in shipping please contact us and we will assist you in getting the items repaired or replaced.  You will receive a retail invoice to use for warranty and rebates.

Returns or Exchanges

Defective Items

Contact us prior to any returns.  Do not return the product prior to obtaining a return authorization number and return/exchange instructions!   You may be required to contact the manufacturer to verify the defect.  Often, items that appear to be defective may be due to user error or can be remedied by the manufacturer over the phone.  Email jollyannmarine@gmail.com  if you believe the item is defective.

We will exchange defective items within the first 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, the product will be covered by the manufacturer warranty.  If you receive a defective product and it is within the first 30 days, please email us at jollyannmarine@gmail.com and request a return authorization number.  We will respond with return/exchange instructions.  Contact us prior to any returns.  Do not return the product prior to obtaining a return authorization number and return/exchange instructions!  The customer will be responsible for return shipping.  Jolly Ann Marine or the appropriate manufacturer will be responsible for shipping the new item in exchange.

Customer Error

Returns or exchanges due to customer error or buyer's remorse will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  The customer is also responsible for any shipping fees.  All items must be in factory condition to be returned, including factory packaging in original condition.  Items will be inspected upon return.  All returned items must be received by the 30th day after the sale.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Any opened CD or CD-Rom, or software may not be returned (unless defective on arrival).  We reserve the right to exchange or repair the product when appropriate.

Jolly Ann Marine Error

If we ship the wrong product we will exchange the product immediately.  You may be asked to provide credit card information while we await your return item.  If the correct item is out of stock we will offer you a full refund upon return of the item.

Rebates

All manufacturer rebates are the responsibility of the buyer and the manufacturer.  We will assist you with accessing any manufacturer rebates when possible.  We make every attempt to post links to manufacturer rebates on this website.  You will receive a retail invoice to use for warranty and rebates.  If we do not have a link to a specific rebate form, we can mail the form to you, or you can get one from the manufacturer's website.   Email jollyannmarine@gmail.com with any rebate or sales questions.   We will be happy to assist you.

Backorders 

We make every attempt to keep our inventory up to date.  However, there is the possibility that an item may be placed on backorder.  We will notify you of any significant delays.  You may email us for real time inventory.
