If you correctly entered your email address you will have an email copy of your transaction.  If there will be any significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.  If you have any questions, please email jollyannmarine@gmail.com.

If you received a "declined" email statement then your order did not get processed.  In the event of a decline, you will need to notify your credit card company that you are trying to purchase online and they will generally authorize the transaction.  Then you will simply have to resubmit the order.  Declines generally occur only on amounts over $1000.  If you have any difficulty ordering, please email us at jollyannmarine@gamil.com and we will assist you.
